Frankenstein there you go a doctor for cancer and everything that they have on their menu is infused with some type of a beer there's so much you can do with beer you allowed to drink beer they say no are you enjoying the fact there's beer inside oh yeah it's made with love it's made with beer and it's really delicious the best you'll ever have what makes you guys Chicago's best food truck we kind of craft the dish around whatever beer that we get at the time and run with it from there okay tapi alpha me crack one open dude okay let's go it's good we're gonna make the Swamp Thing Y Swamp Thing this truck allows me to be a nerd with everything that I love food beer horror movies comic books everything they have a couple patties inside that we have an American adjunct a la steam with steak seasonings and fresh ground beef feel like I'm working as an assistant to a crazy scientist who's creating some monsters so you would be Igor yes master we've got our bacon to things Andrew what does everything taste better with beer and bacon and this has bull today we're gonna use a 2013 Pepe Nero good yeah good choice it's got a little bit of peppery kind of notes in there that'll help bring out the hearty beefy flavor of the burgers in the cell we should toast your creation Cheers there's a monsters to your creations some burgers to you to Falkenstein you got your to split bearish buns there's beer infused into the bombs a little heavy set of bacon for each one this is the swamp sauce Cajun hot sauce infused aioli Colby jack and you're good that's really all you need cheese beer bacon I think that's all the food groups shut up and eat you back it's time people I'm excited we finally get to eat your creation you get to keep your beer that's the thing I'm excited about because it's Roma Street we can't really legally drink beer but I get to eat my goose island so that's alive in my belly master I'm good this guy Andrew token Steen is genius crunch of the bacon the softness of the patty the burger has a nice savory flavor from the beer and the onions man this is great thanks guys again for letting us know about this think it out damn it you
